Muhammad iLyas Jami

Muhammad Ilyas Jami serves as the Director (Finance & Accounts) at GREENWOOD, where he leads the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and financial control functions. In this role, he ensures transparency, fiscal discipline, and strategic financial management, supporting sustainable growth and informed decision-making across the company. He holds an MBA from American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB) and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) from Federation University (University of Ballarat) Australia, equipping him with strong academic grounding in both managerial and professional accounting practices. Prior to joining GREENWOOD, Mr. Jami gained valuable corporate experience working with Coral Reef Properties Limited and Southtech Limited. His diverse background has strengthened his expertise in financial governance, reporting, and operational finance within the real estate and technology sectors.
